Canadian Home Awning windows are hinged at the top and open outwards. They can open and close easily with a turn of a foldable crank handle. A multipoint level allows the handle to lock in place creating a sleek look and finish for your window.
The Awning is ideal for horizontal spaces and hard-to-reach areas.

Multichambered, Fusion Welded Frame and Sash
Excellent for thermal resistance and prevention of heat loss. Canadian Home windows are extruded in 3 1/4 and 4 5/8 frame depths for extra strength and rigidity and to accommodate wide variety of applications.
Metal Reinforced – Built to Last
The window structure is metal reinforced at the areas where lock keepers, operators and latches are fastened to the frame.
Computer Controlled Precision Miter Cutting
Frame and Sash are welded simultaneously for a perfect fit.
Foam “warmware”
Offered as an option, polyurethane foam insulation is injected into the frame and sash of each window.
Double Glazed System (7/8” overall)
Consists of two panes of glass and a single sealed air space. Features a flexible dual durometer seal that hugs the sash glass from both sides. This system also includes a glazing tape applied to the interior side resulting in an unprecedented barrier against air and water penetration.
Triple Glazed System (1 3/8” Overall)
Consists of three panes of glass and two 1/2” sealed air spaces. While it uses the same sealing and glazing materials and techniques as in Double Glazed System, the addition of one extra pane of glass and 1/2” air space dramatically improves the performance of your windows by reducing heat loss, conserving energy and increasing noise resistance.
Argon and Krypton Gas Filling
Maximize the insulation value of your glass unit by adding your choice of Argon, Krypton or Argon/Krypton gas blend.
TempSmart Spacer
It is a flexible, U-Shaped silicone foam tape is used to wrap around and cushion glass panes. Featuring a vapor barrier backing, this product in combination with Hot Melt butyl, provides a superior Warm-Edge seal.
Diamond Premium Glass
Canadian Home Window’s Diamond Premium Glass is 33%-100% thicker than industry standards – that’s why it’s called Diamond Premium Glass. A window with Diamond Premium Glass will make sure that outside noises stay outside, will withstand much greater impact and will be a better insulator.
Roll Away Screen
The screen travels along the tracks invisible to the eye and is screwed by a latch when it closes. When not needed it is rolled up in a hidden cassette at top of the windows. This provides for a cleaner unobstructed view when your windows are closed.

Touch Screen
Our unique Touch Screen design will allow you to remove and replace your screen with ease. Being held in place by magnetic force it eliminates the need for pins, tabs, springs, or other mechanical parts.

Aluminum Reinforced Frame
Ensures the casement hardware is securely anchored into the vinyl frame with special cut screws threading into the aluminum, as well as the vinyl.
Single Lever Multipoint Locking System and Hinge
The Truth Maxim Multipoint Lock and Hinge System is the industry’s finest and is standard on our Casements and Awnings. The Truth Maxim Hinge is specifically designed to handle heavier loads from larger windows with ease, time after time! All hinges are concealed when closed. Window’s minimum width of 14” open 90° for easy cleaning. (Widths 12” – 14” open 70°.)
